International Seminar on Metal Working Technologies 2022

Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) organized an International Seminar on Metal Working Technologies on 25^th February 2022 (on a virtual platform). The seminar prominently highlighted the importance of metal working technologies in manufacturing.

The seminar had 2 concurrent sessions on Metal Cutting and on Metal Forming, giving participants deep insights on various facets of metal working technologies.

Speakers from Austria, Germany, UK, Switzerland and India presented the latest developments in metal working, dwelling extensively on new manufacturing strategies, emerging trends, and exposed users and manufacturers to a wide range of innovative solutions.

Presenting companies included Mastercam, Felss Technologies, Fraunhofer IWU Chemnitz, AMT, Grind Master Machines, Ansys, Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay, Kanpur, Delhi), Kennametal, Hexagon, WFL, Amada, Amace Solutions, UCAM, Fronius and Laserline, 

The event was well received by more than 1200 delegates from about 70 companies.
