Indradev Babu, President

Mr. Indradev Babu is the Founder and Managing Director of UCAM Private Limited. Mr. Babu did his BE in Mechanical Engineering in 1977 from BIET College, Davangere. He began his career at Bharat Electronics Limited before venturing into entrepreneurship by setting up a CNC job shop in 1986.

Mr. Babu has served as the Past President of Bangalore Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Network. He has also served as the Chairman of IMTMA Regional Council (South).

Ravi Raghavan, Vice President

Mr. Ravi Raghavan is the Managing Director of Bharat Fritz Werner (BFW). He has 30 years of Operational and Strategic experience in Engineering and Manufacturing.

Prior to BFW, he served in management positions at Kelvinator, Crompton Greaves, GEC Alsthom and Tecumseh. He is the past Chairman of CII Karnataka Region. He currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the CII Manufacturing & Digital Excellence Sub-Committee of CII Southern Region as well as CII National Committee on Capital Goods & Engineering.
