Instructions    : You can register for participation in International Seminar on Forming Technology (ISFT) 2020 by filling the below nomination details and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Once you confirm the nomination(s), you will be directed to the payment gateway where you can pay and complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation mail upon successful completion of the registration process.

In case you are unable to make payment at this stage, you can still register your nominations and you will be provided with a provisional registration number. However, your nomination(s) will be confirmed only after receipt of your payment

 Registration
 
  1. Pre payment of Delegate Fee is mandatory for confirmation of participation.
  2. Delegate fee is non-refundable. However changes in nominations will be accepted.
  3. Any changes in nomination (delegate name, addition of delegate) will be treated as fresh registration.
  4. Companies can make payment through Internet Banking or Cheque/Demand Draft or National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT). Payment through Cheque/ Demand Draft must reach IMTMA Bangalore office as mentioned on or before 14 January 2020
  5. Individuals must make payment either through Internet Banking or NEFT only.
  6. Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is committed to staging a successful event, subject to Force Majeure conditions. IMTMA reserves the right of participation and decisions of IMTMA is final.
 
 Accommodation
 
  1. This is a non- residential programme and delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
 
 Cancellation
 
  1. Cancellation and any modifications/changes to your registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to madan@imtma.in on or before 14 January 2020. In case of additional nominations, fresh registration has to be done.
